		<description>I've seen quite a few articles on kettleball training.  Personally, I think a lot of these magazines are always itching to tell people about a new way of training because they repeat themselves often.

I think kettleballs definitely offer some benefits.  However, they have their limitations.  Their weight isn't adjustable -- so if you are ready to increase the weight on a certain exercise you have to take it in larger increments.  This might be good if you can tolerate that sort of training, but me, I have to go up in 2 - 5 pound increments.

Also, there are only so many exercises you can do with kettleballs.  Try bench pressing them sometime.

They make a nice toy, but I wouldn't consider it the &#34;core&#34; of my training.  You'll do better buying a set of dumbbells and an adjustable bench.
